I’m Mandy and I’m delighted to introduce myself as the owner/operator of Ladies Who Lunge.

For those of you looking to take that first step in changing your lives for the better through personal training, you’ve come to the right place.

I know just how daunting a prospect it can be, I’ve been there. My aim is to make it less daunting and turn it into something you just do as part of your weekly routine. For those of you with experience of personal training, I hope to bring you something a bit different! Something fun, interesting and challenging.

My promise to you at the outset?  You will have my complete support, commitment and encouragement every step of the way.  I am dedicated to your healthy success and most importantly, loving the process along the way.  I believe in variety and know from experience that one of the biggest obstacles to achieving your fitness goals can be lack of motivation and boredom.  Rest assured that with Ladies Who Lunge, no two sessions will ever be the same. 

Fully qualified with my Certificate III and IV in Fitness, I have over 20 years’ experience in health and fitness and very much practice what I preach. I enjoy most sports but particularly love football (soccer), resistance training, full body workout sessions and running.

By taking the lunge today, you will be on your way to being stronger, fitter, more confident and happier for the future.
